Productivity Improvement for Capacity Enhancement

With the increase in export demand, organization (our client) was not able to meet the increased sale demand and thus resulting loss of sales. Client was planning to enhance the capacity by addition of new setup. Our team was called for new set up design. Detail capacity study was conducted and ideal capacity was calculated.
